Do you cover the Paris airports and train stations?
Yes: CDG, Orly and Beauvais with flight tracking, Disneyland Paris (CDG ↔ Disneyland €90 in Eco), and all the Paris train stations. At the airport, 60 minutes of waiting time are included from the actual landing time.
When is the pickup for a flight from Paris?
For a ride to the airport, you give your flight date and time: the pickup is set 3 hours before your flight (Paris time) so you do not miss it.
Can the price change after booking?
No. The price shown when you book is the price you pay. At night (10 pm–6 am), on Sundays and on public holidays, the surcharge is already included in the price shown (airport flat fares excluded).
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, by e-mail to the site's contact address. After that, the ride price is due; pay-on-board rides: 50% of the price for a no-show. Full details are in the terms of sale (in French).
